TVS Apache RTR 180 Racing DNA

Hi I am Ajinkya from Nagpur. I own a White TVS Apache RTR 180. It was 9 months back when I was going to buy a bike I got to know everything about bikes and did a lot of surveys.
Final verdict came out The Pulsar 220. But at the day of the purchase one of our neighbors son got an accident and a few more on pulsars then we changed our decision to buy the second option of the RTR180. Till now it has been a mixed reaction.

First of all I must tell all of my review readers that I am 46 yrs. young & my opinion about the bikes will be from the angle of a familyman which may be contrary to “youngsters”.
I bought this bike in March 2005 because it was then recently launched bike by Honda itself. I wanted to have mono-suspension experince. Seat of this bike was lengthier & slightly flatter than Pulsar & CBZ. In the first 5000 kms.I have run it 60000 kms.till now. Initially didn’t face any problem as I was running it at low speed of 40-50 kmph & without pillion riderduring running in period.

The time has at-last come! It is time for me to look for a new companion as my aging companion was getting really old. 11+ years to say it exactly! My companion on all my road-trips, chugging the uphill’s and cheerfully doing the downhill’s, was Bajaj Caliber. Yes! My Caliber did a wonderful job all these years. When it was a baby back in last quarter of1998, it used to be the king of the road. But now with cut throat competition and plenty of ‘kings’ trying to invade the roads, the time has come to change my workhorse.

Honda Shine 125cc 40,000 kms Ownership Review

First when I look at the bike it doesn’t look much eye catching. But gentle looks and self start in 125 cc machine attracts me more. My bike clocked 40,000 km in 2 years but I never pay a single penny on it except servicing.
At first you may think that sitting position is little different than other bikes. Its siting position is really nice which also makes it comfortable for highways. Shine rocks in city traffic. You can start it in any gear and slow down without much shifting. It makes ride very easy in traffic. Also two people can sit easily without complaining it also comes with front disk brakes. But it vibrates above 70 km. The maximum speed is 90 km/hr.

ust like most of you, back when I didn’t have a bike I dreamt of my first bike. It was going to be good looking, stylish, attention grabbing and able to resist the bumpy Indian roads. Back then I dreamt of the Bajaj Pulsar 150cc. However, after having heard a lot of complaints about the bike from my friends (exhaust pipe breaking into two pieces, unreliable, unable to be resold after being used etc.) I lost interest in the Pulsar.

Yamaha FZ16 Does 1610 Kms In A Day

Well certainly that is no feast for the bike to cover 1610 kms in a day, after all its a Yamaha but it truly is a feast for Mr. Melroy Alphonso who undertook this tedious journey and came out on top. He came across the Iron Butt Association of USA which has certification for long distance rides called the saddlesore1000. In this ride you have to complete 1,610kms (1000 miles) in a period of 24 hours. He had to locate a suitable route where the roads were good and traffic was light. For proof the ride has to have petrol receipts, logs, witness forms for verification process. He choose the route of Mumbai to Eklinji and back to Mumbai covering a distance of 1650kms. Eklingji is located in Rajasthan which is at a distance of 15kms north from Udiapur. So the route was Mumbai (Maharashtra), Surat (Gujarat), Udaipur-Eklingji (Rajashtan) and turn back and come back to Mumbai thus completing the required 1,610 kms.

Hero Honda Passion Pro Ownership Review (Krishna)

This bike looks very much like its former models. However, a few changes have been made in the looks department. The tail lamp is now considerably better looking than it was before, although the lamp itself isn’t fitted properly. From the side it’s a great looking bike and the body appearance is rather heavy.

 The bike is available in 6 different colours and all in all it all adds up to a pretty cool and sporty looking motorbike. The Passion Pro has a 100cc 4 stroke, single cylinder engine. It has 4 gears that can take you all the way up to 100 km/hr. However, at the higher speeds it can be a quite bumpy and uncontrollable ride. Everything is smooth and comfortable up to about 75 km/hr which is fine considering that this bike was never created with the intention to be a bike that you could use for escaping the police.
